Darrell has over a decade of experience working directly with executives and corporate team members. His focus has been within the industries of finance, oil and gas, human resources business solutions, as well as brand development. Through this experience Darrell has been able to work with complex systems and identify obstacles while assisting clients in developing the skills necessary to facilitate positive outcomes and organizational well-being.  

Darrell takes a strengths-based approach to coaching and emphasizes positive aspects of his client’s lives. He also assists clients in identifying the barriers in their lives that hold them back personally and professionally. He helps his clients create goals personally and professionally, find a healthier mindset, modify habits that are holding them back, ….

Some areas of specialty are men’s lifestyle coaching, peak performance, corporate development, diversity, change management, as well as adolescent coaching. He believes coaching is an initial stage of the therapy process and the road to professional and social healing.   

Darrell has always had a passion for helping others achieve their life goals, whether it be professionally or socially. Originally from Houston, Texas, he has resided in Dallas since 2019. His hobbies are cooking, tennis, and continuing his quest to contribute to the well-being of his clients.

Cali is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). She works with clients who want to begin making changes in their life to reach a variety of personal, physical, and health related goals. This is accomplished by identifying not only what those goals are but what fuels the desire for change. Education, exposure, and exploration are at the heart of what she does. Her approach is concierge and she caters her programs to the individual and curates the process to set each client up for success by focusing on one step at a time.

Cali’s approach to health and wellness is founded on the concept of bio-individuality and NOT a one-size-fits-all program. Bio-individuality is the idea that all people function at their best with unique diets, lifestyles, practices, and environments. These are often determined by factors such as someone’s personal experiences, heritage, upbringing, lifestyle, and physical and mental health conditions.

She will focus on a high-priority concerns and goals and take them one step at a time to get clients to where they want to be; holding space for to explore different ways to attain the changes desired, while also keeping the work with clients focused and intentional.

She is a firm believer that one’s overall wellbeing is not only derived from one area such as diet or exercise. Therefore, she takes a collaborative approach in her practice; working closely with other professionals as needed.

Cali’s goal is for clients to make grounded steps in the right direction that are not only attainable, but maintainable in the long-term so they feel empowered to continue moving forward. The confidence built through this process will be the core that continues to inspire and fuel the drive to reach higher, dive deeper, and commit fully to the goals that have been set.
